How to contact us

For product support, account issues, review access questions, or privacy-related requests, email yo@wozu.co.

Account deletion is available directly inside the mobile app from Profile. This email address remains a support channel if you need help with the flow or have privacy-related questions.

What to include in a support request

  • the email address you used to sign in;
  • the event name or invite code, if relevant;
  • a short description of the issue;
  • screenshots if the problem is visual or device-specific;
  • your device model and OS version if the problem is mobile-specific.

Common issues

I did not receive my one-time sign-in code

Check spam or promotions folders first. If the message still does not arrive, contact us and include the email address you used for sign-in.

I cannot join an event

Verify the invite code exactly as provided by the organizer. If the issue continues, send us the code and event name so we can investigate.

My profile photo did not update

Make sure photo-library access is allowed for EventCorner on your device, then try again. If the upload still fails, email us with a screenshot.

App Review and store contact

Apple App Review and Google Play review teams can use yo@wozu.co to request test access, clarification, or issue resolution during review.
