EventCorner Terms of Use
Rules for using EventCorner by event attendees and organizers.

Service
EventCorner is an app for B2B events. Attendees can use agenda, profile, networking visibility, surveys, feedback, and notifications. Organizers can manage event content, invites, attendees, surveys, and event privacy settings.
Use conditions
- the app is for adults aged 18 or older;
- accounts should use the user's real email address;
- users are responsible for data and content they enter;
- organizers are responsible for the lawfulness of participant data and event content;
- users must not interfere with security, availability, or other people's rights.
Accounts and sessions
Sign-in uses an OTP code sent by email. Users should protect their mailbox and must not share sign-in codes. EventCorner may sign out sessions, restrict access, or block an account when needed for service or event security.
Organizer duties
Organizers must provide accurate organization details, accept the DPA before publishing an event or inviting attendees, and use the app in line with applicable law and EventCorner documentation.

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Providers are listed in the Subprocessors section, and organizer processing terms are available in the DPA section.
Changes
We publish changes to these terms on this page. If a change materially affects users or organizers, we may require renewed acceptance in the app.
